MY CURIOSITY CARVES ITS OWN PATH
Well well well, my path into design wasn’t really direct. I studied human sciences at first, and I worked in customer-facing jobs in a completely different field.
Then curiosity pushed me to change direction. I left my country, learned new languages, and slowly built a more creative path. I’ve always been between drawing and technology, so I started to teach myself design—first branding, then later UX/UI.
My way of working is mostly learning by doing, with real projects and constant iteration. Before focusing on UX/UI and logo design, I also explored web development and web design on my own. I learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and worked with WordPress and WooCommerce. This technical side helps me understand how designs actually become real interfaces, not just static screens.
Each project is for me a way to improve. I try to see what doesn’t work, fix the structure, and make things clearer step by step. What I like is the balance between clarity, emotion, and function.Typography, hierarchy, and how users perceive things are very important in my process. I try to make designs that are simple to understand, but still have meaning. I also learned about brand identity, color theory, and user psychology, and I use tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I don’t really look for perfect final answers, more for progression through iteration.
Outside of design, I sketch on my iPad, read about tech, take care of my cat as a good dad, and watch documentaries, mostly history, which is something I always come back to.
